After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly. You will also receive updates on when your product has shipped.
Processing will take 1-10 business days and should ship and deliver within 1-4 business days after processing to USA, and 7-21 days internationally.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons. You may review our Refund policy for more information.
Please double-check to make sure that you have entered the correct information such as your shipping & billing address. If you have accidentally provided the wrong information, please email us ASAP at support@glosstea.com. We are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has shipped.
Once we ship out your product, it is now out of our hands and into the carrier’s! Please wait a few days to see if your package will arrive and contact your carrier. Packaged tend to show up a few days after they have been marked delivered. Contact us via email support@glosstea.com if you have any more concerns and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can!
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please contact the carrier if these issues occur. If damaged, please send us a photo via email!
